Return Policy

General Return Policy

Returns must be received within 30 days of the original sale date in a new and unused state. Robin James Jewelers will not accept any returns if the product shows signs of wear, usage, has been altered from its original condition or sized.

 

Special Orders

All special orders require a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total price. Orders cannot be canceled or amended after 24 hours of placing the order. Changes or cancelations made to special orders outside the initial 24-hour period are not eligible for a refund or refund of the deposit. Please note that all special orders are non-refundable, but they can be exchanged for another item of equal value or towards an item of greater value.

 

Holiday Return Policy

All items purchases purchased from November 15th to December 24th are returnable by January 8th. 

 

Custom Orders

All custom orders require a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total price upon the placement of the order. The remaining balance of the order is due at completion. No returns or exchanges are allowed on custom orders. All sales are final. Stock items that have been modified other than ring sizing are not returnable. 

 

Clearance and Special Sale Items

Clearance items are not returnable. Special Sales event items are not returnable. Sale items 50% or more are not returnable.
